SPX Standard
SPX Standard is a regular delivery service that supports nationwide shipping across Indonesia, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the destination. This service is widely available in SPX operational areas.

SPX Sameday
SPX Sameday provides same-day delivery within specific distance limits—up to 100 km for Shopee-Managed Sellers and up to 40 km for Selected Sellers. This service is available only in areas covered by SPX Sameday.

SPX Instant (All Services)
SPX Instant includes several service variants: Instant (legacy), Instant, and Instant Priority. Parcels picked up under this service are delivered within a maximum of 4 hours. This service is exclusive to selected sellers located within SPX Instant coverage areas.

SPX Pick Up at Location
SPX Pick Up at Location allows buyers to collect their orders directly from an SPX Express Service Point or SPX Agent, helping reduce shipping costs. This service is available in areas that support in-person pickup.

4 Methods for SPX shipping tracking

1. Via the Shopee App

You can easily track any SPX (Shopee Express) shipment directly through the Shopee app. Follow the steps below:

  • Returned to Seller/Rejected: After failed delivery attempts or buyer's rejection, the package is returned to the seller.

Does SPX operate every day?

Yes, SPX (Shopee Express) operates daily in many areas, including Sundays and holidays. Delivery and pickup schedules may vary by country, and some locations may have limited Sunday service. It’s best to check the Shopee app or your order details for the exact schedule in your area.

Why can't my tracking number be tracked?

Double-check that you've entered the tracking number correctly, with no spaces or extra characters. Tracking updates may take a few hours to 24 hours after the shipment is processed. If the status hasn’t changed after 24 hours, reach out to the seller for clarification.
