Guernsey Post is a commercial utility wholly owned by the States of Guernsey and regulated by the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities (CICRA). It is committed to continual improvement in service delivery and customer relations in its core business, namely the provision of a secure, reliable and efficient postal service. As the sole provider of standard letter post services in the Bailiwick, Guernsey Post operates under a Postal Licence granted by the CICRA. Guernsey Post is required through its Postal Licence (Condition 14.7) to report to CICRA on the quality of its products and services against published regulatory targets. This report is published every six months on this site and released to the Bailiwick's media.
