When the information is no longer needed for these purposes, we will either delete it or retain it in a form that does not identify you. In determining this retention period, we will consider various criteria, including the type of service requested or provided, the nature of our relationship with you, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete certain information, and the legal requirements for retention.
